Chris Holman

Chris is an Economic Analyst with the State of Michigan, specializing in labor market trends and occupational analysis. He has a strong passion for utilizing data to forecast economic patterns and identify emerging trends in the state's workforce. In addition to his role with the Michigan Center for Data and Analytics, Chris also serves as an adjunct instructor at Washtenaw Community College, where he teaches the principles of economics.

Before transitioning into economics, Chris proudly served for 11 years in the U.S. Military, with deployments to both Iraq and Afghanistan. His diverse experiences in both public service and academia inform his work in shaping Michigan’s economic landscape.
